Amanda Latta-Portillo earns her Bronze Medal

California WE United member Amanda Latta-Portillo earned the final score needed to secure her Bronze Lifetime Rider Medal with a 67.87% performance in Dressage on her Andalusian mare Afrodita M. Suay under judge Barbara Price at the August 20th B-Rated competition at Cobblestone Ranch in Santa Clarita, CA.

Addison Portillo on Prince Charming, accompanied by her mom Amanda Latta in the Exhibition Ease of Handling Leadline class.

Amanda has been actively competing in Working Equitation for the past two years on her grade pony Prince Charming. More recently, she introduced both her Andalusian mare and her young daughter Addison to the sport.

Amanda, her daughter, and both her Working Equitation mounts will be making the trip to the Pacific Northwest to compete in the WE United National Championships September 1-3, 2017.
