Working Equitation is a versatile sport open to working horses of all breeds and traditions. WE United’s Breed Performance Awards are offered in order to recognize the accomplishments of specific breeds in Working Equitation. These awards are presented once per year at the end of the competition season to horses declared for a participating breed organization by WE United and the participating organization.
Horses’ annual competition points reported to the WE United Annual Leaderboard will be used to determine the winner of the year-end Breed Performance Awards. Horses must be registered with WE United and the participating breed organization in order to be eligible for a year-end Breed Performance Award.
You can see a complete list of recorded horses here, including their breed and ownership information.
Each breed organization, or an individual on behalf of that organization, provides the award, and in return receives promotion on our website, Facebook page, and monthly newsletters throughout the year.
If your breed organization is interested in offering a Breed Performance Award with WE United, please email WorkingEquitationUnited@gmail.com. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight the performance accomplishments of horses registered with your organization!
