South Ridge Farms in Ridgefield, Washington once again hosted a well-attended and extremely well-run B-Rated Competition. Judge Wayne Hipsley, R, Kentucky officiated over 6 riders in the Introductory class, 10 in Novice, and 3 in Intermediate.
The event drew several newcomers, including Adrienne Raymond and her Irish Sport Horse mare Snowy O’Moment (aka, Pearl), who won 1st in Dressage and 4th in Ease of Handling to take home the blue in the Introductory class.
Joan Moore and her Quarter Horse gelding Pepinic’s Matlock’s 1st place finish in the Dressage Trial helped cinch their 1st place overall title in the Novice class.
At the Intermediate level, Rob Zimmerman and his Morgan gelding Lisa’s Captain Jack captured the title.
In addition to their class placings, several riders earned scores toward their lifetime Rider Medal Awards at this event. Congratulations!
