Show Report: WE Kansas Buckle Series #4

Twenty-two competitors gathered in Topeka, Kansas for the fourth and final competition in the Working Equitation Kansas 2017 Buckle Series. The show was once again judged by Tarrin Warren, TX.

Cindy Branham and Lucky finished 1st in the 6-entry Introductory class, with Michele Lincoln and Major Design taking 2nd place overall. The 8-entry Novice A class was won by Jo Teter on Teter’s Copy of Bandy, with Dan Keil on RCC Nottingham finishing 2nd overall. Linda Frazier and Starlight’s Express placed first in the 4-entry Novice B class, with Kim McBroom and Oakley Twisten Lark coming in 2nd overall. Tamera Mayo rode Clair NAF to a first-place win in the 2-entry Intermediate A class, with Linda Frazier and Rosie’s Chexy Lady MC coming in 2nd. Cindy Branham and Tucker the Mustang placed 1st in the 2-entry Intermediate B class, while Bill Walton and Pepto’s San Vanna came in 2nd.

Linda Frazier also earned a qualifying score toward her Bronze Lifetime Rider Medal at this event. Congratulations!
