Cari Schwartz, r, Oregon, judged the event, powering through nearly 12 show hours in what was clearly a labor of love for the sport.

Thirteen-year-old Tristan Cruden of Cottage Grove, Oregon, piloted his Quarter Horse mare SR Lady of Chance to a first-place finish in the 7-entry Introductory class, out-performing a very competitive group of adults, and once again securing his spot at the top of the National Leaderboard in the process. Their first-place finish in Ease of Handling and consistent performance in both Dressage and Speed moved Denise Lukins and her Haflinger gelding Mahon II FLH into 2nd place overall. Carrie Parker piloted pinto mare Misty River, previously a reining  horse, into the 3rd place spot overall.
